ଦେ. କ୍ରି —

(ଗୁରୁ) କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିକୁ ବୈଷ୍ଣବ— ସଂପ୍ରଦାୟରେ ଦୀକ୍ଷିତ କରି ଦୀକ୍ଷିତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିକୁ ତୁଳସୀ— କଣ୍ଠି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା; ବୈଷ୍ଣବସଂପ୍ରଦାୟରେ ଦୀକ୍ଷିତ କରିବା —(the preceptor) To present or tie a string of Tulsi-beads to the neck of the disciple after initiating him as a B&aline;i̱shṇaba; to initiate a disciple into the B&aline;i̱shṇaba sect.
