ଦେ. କ୍ରି —

(ପକ୍ଷୀଛୁଆ ବା ଛୋଟ ପକ୍ଷବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଚଢ଼େଇ) ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣରୂପେ ଉଡ଼ି ନ ପାରୁ ଥିବାରୁ ଖଣ୍ଡ଼ଦୁର ବାଟ ଉଡ଼ିଯିବା ପରେ ବସିଯାଇ ପୁଣି ଉଡ଼ିବା —To fly for a small distance and then take rest and then fly and so on alternately (said of half fledged birds).
