ବୈଦେ. ବି. (ଫା. ଖୁଦ୍କାଶ୍ତ) (ନିଜେ ଗ୍ରାମର ଅଧିବାସୀ ଚାଷୀ ବା ରଇତ) —

୧: ଥାନୀ ରଇତ; ଆପଣା ବସତି ମଉଜାରେ ଜମି ଚାଷ କରିବା ପ୍ରଜା —୧. A tenant who cultivates lands his own native village; a resident royat.

୨: ଥାନୀ ରୟତି ଜମି ବା ଜୋତ୍ —୨. The holding of a resident royat.

୩: ଜମିଦାରଙ୍କ ନିଜ ଜୋତ ବା ନିଜଚାଷ ଜମି — ୩. Land cultivated by the landlord himself; zamindar's private land.

ବୈଦେ. ବିଣ —

୧: ନିଜର ବାସଗୃହ ମଉଜାରେ ଜମି ଚାଷ କରୁଥିବା —୧. Cultivating lands in one's native village.

୨: ସ୍ବୟଂ ଜମିଦାରଙ୍କ ନିଜ ହଳଦ୍ବାର ଚାଷ କରାୟାଉଥିବା (ଜମି) —୨. (land) Cultivated by the zamindar himself.

ପ୍ରାଦେ. (ସମ୍ବଲପୁର) ବି. —

ମାଫିଦାର୍ ବା ଲାଖରାଜିଦାର୍ର ଭୋଗରା ଛୋଡ଼ା ନିଜଚାଷ ଜମି —The land cultivated by the Māfidar or lākhrājidar besides his bhogrā lands.
