[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣର ପଠନୀୟ ୧୪:ଟି ବିଦ୍ୟା (ଯଥା— ୪ ବେଦ, ୬ ବେଦାଙ୍ଗ, ଧର୍ମଶାସ୍ତ୍ର ବା ସଂହିତା, ପୁରାଣ, ମୀମାଂସା ଓ ଏହି ୪ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ର) — Fourteen lores or arts to be learnt by every Brahman as enjoined in the Sastras (viz, ୪ Vedas, ୬ Vedangas and Law, mythology, Logic and Philosophy).
