ଭାତ ଗରମ ଥାଉଁ ଥାଉଁ ସେଥିରେ ପାଣି ଢଳାଯାଇଥିବା ପଖାଳ; ଯେଉଁ ପଖାଳ ଭାତରୁ ଉଷୁମ ଛାଡୢ ନ ଥାଏ — ୧. Boiled rice mixed with water while still hot and served while still hot.
