ଏକ ଜାତି ବା ପାଟକର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କର ସମାଜଗତ ବିଷୟର ବିଚାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଜାତିର ନେତାମାନଙ୍କ ବଇଠକି — A gathering of representative caste- men for considering questions arising inside a particular caste-guild or society.
