ଯେଉଁ ଧାନ ଗଛର ଅଗରୁ ଧାନକେଣ୍ଡାଯାକ କଟା ହୋଇଯିବା ପରେ ମୂଳରୁ ଶୁଖି ଯାଇଥିବା ଛଣ କଟା ହୁଏ —(Paddy plants) From Which the stems are cut separately (for the purpose of straw) after the sheaves of corn are cut away.
