ନଳରେ ଭୂମି ମାପ କରୁଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ମାପି— ମାପିକା ଯାଉ ଯାଉ ଯେତେ ନଳ ମାପିଲା ତାହା ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ୱରରେ କହିବା —To call aloud the number of Naḻas or measuring rod while engaged in measuring a land with the rod.
