୧. ସାଂସାରିକ ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା— ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦେଶପ୍ରଚଳିତ ଆପ୍ତବଚନ; ପ୍ରବାଦ; ଜନଶ୍ରୁତି — ୧. Tradition; wise sayings; proverbs; elegant sayings.

୨. ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରବଚନ —୨. Sayings from scriptures; scriptural doctrines.

୩. ନୀତିବାକ୍ୟ —୩. Moral precepts.

୪. ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା କରା ଯାଇଥିବା ଧର୍ମବାଦ — ୪. Propounded religious doctrine.

୫. ବେଦାଦି ଈଶ୍ୱରମୁଖନିସୃତ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ର — ୫. Holy treatise (such as the Beads); the scriptures.
