ଶଗଡ଼ ଚକର ପଇ ଦେହରେ ମରା ଯାଇଥିବା ଅରକୁ ଟାଣ କରି ଚିପି ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ପଇରେ ମରା ଯାଇଥିବା ଖିଲ —The wooden pin driven in to the rims of a cart-wheel to keep the spokes tight therein.
