୧. ସ୍ଫୁର୍ତ୍ତିହୀନତା —୧. Want of high spirits; low spiretedness.

୨. ଇଷ୍ଟନାଶ ଜନିତ ମନୋବେଦନା —୨. Sadness due to the loss of one's wished for object.

୩. ଖେଦ; ମନୋଭଙ୍ଗ; ମନୋଦୁଃଖ —୩. Dejection; grief; dismay; mental distress.

୪. ନିଶ୍ଚେଷ୍ଟାତା; ଜଡ଼ତା —୪. Want of exertion,

ବିଷଣ୍ଣ; ଦୁଃଖପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ —Sorrowful; sad; dejected.
