[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]- ୧. ଯଜ୍ଞରେ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଦିଆଯିବା ଯୋଗ୍ୟ —୧. Fit to be offered as sacrifice.
- ୨. ଯଜ୍ଞୀୟ — ୨. Sacrificial.
- ୩. ବଳି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଭିପ୍ରେତ — ୩. Intended for a sacrifice.
ବିଶେଷ୍ୟ -
[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]- ୧. ଯାହାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଯଜ୍ଞ କରାଯାଏ; ଯଜମାନ —୧. The principal for whom a sacrifice is performed.
- ୨. ଯଜ୍ଞର ପୁରୋଧା —୨. The performer of a sacrifice for another (Apte).
- ୩. ଯାଗଲବ୍ଧ ଦକ୍ଷିଣା — ୩. A fee presented to Brāhmaṇas at a sacrifice.
